We ran a medieval bridal fashion story just on Friday and then right away, as luck woudl have it, we found this great medieval theme wedding from Quebec on the website of Montréal wedding photograher André Bériault. Here is what André had to say:

I would be delighted that you will run that very special wedding on your web site. The wedding was in 2003 in Quebec City. Here are some details:
- The costumes are inspired by mid-17 century clothing worn in the early French Colony circa 1670.
- The church seen in the background was specifically selected for the wedding as it is an original one built in Quebec City at the same period.
- The wedding was quite small (30 guests or so) and everyone was asked to dress (or try to dress!) in the period style. About a third showed up thus attired.
- A few dresses came from Excalibur, but most were custom designed and taylored.
