I would love to share with you June and Jerry's wedding. Not only was this beautiful event was full of great ideas that other brides and grooms will appreciate, but also because they are wonderful people and I had a blast planning their unique, fun, refreshing, creative and intimate wedding. I hope this comes through in the few photograps we can fit on the web page.
I present to you Vineyard Wedding in Caledon. Well, almost :-) Who would ever imagine this wedding was just 40 minutes away from Toronto? And that it was not actually held in a vineyard but the venue surely allowed us recreate the vineyard theme. Terra Cotta Inn is a hidden gem for weddings in Toronto: exceptional venue, food and service.
The couple had decided on a non-traditional bridal party: no adults, just 4 flower girls and 2 ring bearers. The Ceremony was held under a Gazebo surrounded by nature: creek, big trees, ducks and greeneries. Gorgeous and romantic too!

Jerry had envisioned a massive balloons release at their first kiss as husband and wife as a symbol of new life. The guests loved it! Filipino traditions of veil and cord ceremony were incorporated in honour of Jerry's culture.

The gueast favours were wood packaged wine. Guest's names were attached as tags to the wines and they were assigned into a table using wine names. Tables names were in wine names and we used wine corks as menu card holder. We used an urn as a moneybox too!

Décor were focused on elegance of white and green. White roses, hydrangeas, and lysianthus were used in the centerpieces, the bride's bouquet and boutonnieres.
Most couples are thinking of creative first dance. We turned it differently: Jerry re-recorded a song of Jaci Velasquez's Come as You Are that we played for their first dance. It was a surprise for the bride and all the guests. He also paid tribute for father and daughter dance with a re-recorded song of Here and Now. Everyone thought it was truly creative and unique.
My most memorable part of this wedding: when the bBride was getting ready to walk down the aisle and she said: "I've waited for this for my whole life. I am marrying my best friend." Then she marched in the tune of This is Love. The chorus was just perfect when she appeared before everyone. A soloist was hired to sing in the ceremony.
